William M Rogoway OD Dr. Rogoway started this office over 30 years ago. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Examiners and a Senior Analyst for the American Board of Disability Analysts. He says "This office has been tried and true for over 30 years. We present the highest quality of eyecare."

Becky Fartash, O.D. Dr. Fartash Worked for Dr. Rogoway soon after she graduated from Optometry school more than 20 Years ago. She Says "I will want my daughter to join me here when she has completed Optometry School. I want her to be able to give the best Optometric care that she learns, and I know that it can happen here."

Linh Ngo, O.D. Dr. Ngo is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry. She joined our office in 2006. She is CA licensed and TPA certified to treat and manage ocular diseases. When she is not seeing patients she enjoys reading a good suspenseful mystery novel as well as outdoor activities of hiking, jogging and shooting hoops.
